Computer Audio stuck on mute (Windows 11)

A week ago the icon on my keyboard for the audio got stuck on mute. When pressing it, on the display it seems to work properly because it activates and disactivates sound. However, I cannot hear anything from the speakers and the icon is still stuck on mute. I tried troubleshooting, device manager and updates but nothing is working and I am forcd to use y headphones anytime I need audio.I work with a Lenovo thinkpad on the latest version of Windows 11
