I bought a new Dell WPS 17 9720 and a Samsung S32AG55 as my second monitor. This computer operates on Windows 11, does not recognize the monitor, and the monitor is unable to move to extended view and show me content from the new laptop. I have updated Dell drivers, and tested the connection. How can this be remedied?
