Hi, So using latest versions of Windows 10 & 11 22H2 with all updates applied.Control Panel - Programs -> Turn Windows Features on or off -> Device Lockdown -> Select Shell Launcher.Then reboot.One local user account which is admin.Create a ppkg from Windows Configuration Designer. Only settings enabled are:SMISettings -> ShellLauncher -> DefaultCustomShell = notepad.exe (I have tried "C:\Windows\notepad.exe" still blank screen)DefaultReturnCodeAction = Restart ShellEnable = trueApply the package to Windows client. Verify package is applied and can see it under Settings -&
