Lenovo laptop stuck on startup repair and keeps looping tried everything

I can’t reset my PC with cloud download or local reinstall. I get error about no free space on computer. Can’t do system restore says there’s no restore points .I get Bootrec /Fixboot Access Is Denied in Windows 10.I put windows 10 on USB drive and it won’t let me install it . I posted picture of the error I get . I tried so many things and read so many articles with no results . Please help I need my laptop to make money after recently laid off. I can’t afford repair shop and I know none that can help me with this issue.
