My file explorer remains partially white when I use dark mode.

As you can see in the above picture, my file explorer (as well as certain right-click menus) appear incorrectly colored in dark mode, which makes them extremely difficult to read.I've attempted numerous fixes; rebooting my system, using high contrast (that somehow only made the graphics appear more corrupted instead of fixing anything), re-installing graphics card drivers, running system repair. All did absolutely nothing.Please help. It's not by any means a major problem and I can still use dark mode for the most part, but it is a serious eyesore and sometimes a big inconvenience.
