Server go into "some mode" when i don't work on it

Hi all

 

I did setup a Win2003 Server box for test purposes. I log onto it from my xp

client remotely through a .rdp connection. Every morning when i want to log

onto the pc i cannot. i get the normal message when one cannot log on via

RDC. I try to ping it and cannot ping it. If i press the power button the pc

shutdown after which i must power up the system and then i can connect to

it. Which setting can i change to prevent this pc from going into this

"mode" where i cannot access it. thank you
