Break from main network

My company just aquired a smaller company from a large corporation. We keep

all the servers and computers at the smaller company, but the corp. is going

to demote the DC before they hand over all access. Is there a way I can save

the user information and permissions or will I have to reenter it all? I have

limited access to the domain.
