I must be missing something?

Here is my problem:

I had several users that were part of the Domain Admin group and they have

Roaming profiles with a mapping to a specific folder to work in.

Recently I took them out of the Domain Admin group and now they can not get

their roaming profile nor access to their working folder (mapped drive)? I

DID NOT CHANGE THEIR ROAMING PROFILE.

When I add them back to the DomainAdmin Group - ALL IS PERFECT??

The sharing permissions I have is for evryone - FULL CONTROL.

WHAT AM I MISSING????

THX

RE: User permissions in Active Directory

Take them out of the domain admins group. and make sure that their roaming

profile directory has them as the owners of the folder. Post back if you have

problems or need more help.

Re: User permissions in Active Directory

Do I make each one an Owner or can I just use Everyone?

I have access controlled by a startup BAT.

Re: User permissions in Active Directory

Each one needs to be a owner of their individual profile

Thanks for the reply

I forgot to tell you that the folder is a shared folder on the Server.
