Quesstions about Server 2008

We are in the process of evaluating our strategy for next year. We are

running a W2K domain. I want to set a strategy that starts migrating off

of the software.

 

My major concerns are:

 

1) Can I add a W2008 member server to the domain w/o upgrading the domain?

 

2) Can a W2008 DC exist in a w2K domain?

 

Anyone know the answers to this?
