How to stop APPLOCKER File generated everytime after an OS upgrade?

This is an on-going issue occurring on our company laptops.Every time after an OS upgrade and reboot, there are APPLOCKER Files generated in the following path.C:\Windows\System32\AppLockerThis is blocking us to use some of the Microsoft Applications such as "Outlook" and "Teams", and other Office applications but the applications are influenced differently and randomly.The current method (workaround) is to delete all the APPLOCKER Files in the AppLocker folder with administrator permission.However, this is not an ideal solution, which would like to seek for any suggestions or solutions on thi
