Keyboard Does Not Work

Hello! To whomever is reading this, I recently experienced an issue with my laptop. I am unsure as to what the exact title is since I received it as a graduation present three years ago, but it is a Lenovo ThinkPad that also flips into a tablet. With that being said, I typically keep my laptop in good condition and try to clean it as often as possible. Recently, while I was working on an assignment, my keyboard just stopped working, it is practically glitching. Certain keys work but the “hyphen” button is spamming, so every time I click a search bar, it’s full of a lot of hyphens. I have tried
