Having trouble with Windows 11 Security

From few days , I ran a batch script from temp folder , which redirect to start a malicious tool that force Disable WinDefend services and everything about it , Its long story anyways .-I attempted to Restore WinDef by `sfc /scannow` didnt work , attempted to force check updates , didnt work , attempted to fix registry ( which was broken and corrupted ) , didnt help even i restored default values , attempted from Group Polity , didnt help .-After using DISM for restoring system apps , the `SecHealthUI` seems to work fine again , but after moment i noticed that real-time protection and any secu
