Why my laptop cannot miracast to my smart tv

I already tried a lot of methods that I found on youtube but it’s still not working. I’ve tried to change to do the troubleshooting things, turned on the network discovery settings, ensure the DNS Client settings is running automatically, and so on. It successfully connected once after I tried to turned on the network discovery settings, but then when i disconnected and then want to connect it back, it fails. Anyone know what else can I try to do?
