HiI've just bought a pre-owned Windows 11 laptop on Ebay. The laptop came with an existing admin user still registered and a written note containing the credentials for that user. I would like to Remove the existing user.Change ownership of Windows 11 to me.Install a fresh copy of Windows 11.How do I do that and ensure ownership of Windows 11 on the laptop is transferred permanently to me? Thanks
