How can I get my Secure Remote Worker to work?

My Secure Remote Worker won't work. After I open it and put in my credentials to log in, it's like the app closes and nothing happens. Then when I click on it again, it asks for the log in credentials again. I've tried an Uninstall and reinstall so many times now. I've upgraded to the Pro Edition of Windows 11, same result. At this point I don't know what to do or what I'm doing wrong. Hope someone can help
