Windows 10 computer won't completely open my bank website regardless of browser although Windows 7, 8.1, Android and IOS will open the same website.

Windows 10 laptop computer which is on WiFi won't completely open my bank website regardless of browser although Windows 7, 8.1 desktops, Android and IOS will open the same website. The bank website partially loads and keeps trying to load therefore not letting me sign in. I disabled Windows Defender but it didn't make a difference. I'm going to see if a neighbor has Windows 10 on WiFi and is on the same internet provider to check if they can access the site.
