Why does the Tab feature in Windows 11 not support cloning, bookmarking or tab recovery?

These features have been available through third party software since 2012:Over a decade later Windows finally introduced tabs as an Explorer feature but they have virtually no functionality with their context menu and commands:Are there any plans for Microsoft to incorporate these useful features to Explorer tabs?
