The choose an option screen keeps popping up, could somebody please help me?

Hello, I need help. My computer’s screen suddenly went black with several flashing colored lines across it. After turning it off and back on to try and help the issue it keeps sending me to the ‘choose an option’ screen. I have already clicked continue to windows 11 and it sends me back to this page. I have also clicked turn off your pc and have turned ir back on and this screen keeps popping up. I’d appreciate your help as I have important documents in this laptop and would not like to lose them. My laptop is an hp pavilion x360 convertible.
