Running Windows 7 64 Bit Version, Program trying to install says it isn't compatible with my windows version, though the program is 64 bit?!

This program is a program I have installed before, everytime there is an update, the program is downloaded, executed and it updates the program already installed on my system. Now, all of a sudden, when executed, it says, "This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running". My version of Windows 7 is 64 bit, the program is 64 bit. I've had no issues in the past running this update program, however, the last 3 updates are now displaying this message.?!any help is appreciated.
