Why does my computer keep crashing?

My computer keeps crashing, I have a fairly good computer with great specs that allow for high performance gaming but recently, every time I’ve tried to turn on my pc, it turns on, and then crashes and this issue persists over and over again, I have no idea why this is happening except that I checked task manager before my pc crashed and it showed that 99% of cpu was being used for McAfee which is a virus scanning service. Furthermore, every time I try to open up a game like war thunder or valorant or even something as simple as Razer synapse 3, it crashes over and over again with no conclusiv
