VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR once GPU is running

Hello,For several weeks now, once I launch a program which uses my GPU very much (i.e. launching a resource-intensive game or a GPU stress test for instance), my PC restarts automatically after a few minutes / seconds. I join the WhoCrashed report below : the VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR is always there.I already tried all the main solutions I found on the Internet to solve this problem, including :- reinstalling graphic drivers (older and the newest one, so it is apparently not a driver issue)- running sfc, dism and chkdsk scans : no problem found- updating Windows 11 (actually it is already up-
