My surface is not turning on only opens to surface UEFI, surface book 3,

this had been happening for a couple of days so, firs i tried changing boot configuration order and tried botting without it being locker, and none of that worked, i also do not have any like taskbar or functionalities like that and I'm unsure if it is connected to the internet because i cant access the settings that would connect it to the internet. so i decided to create a recovery image as i saw was the next step i used this link Surface Recovery Image Download - Microsoft Support to download it and inserted my serial number. i was a given an option between 3 images to download
