I'm trying to create a windows 10 recovery drive. I downloaded the windows 10 installation media from Microsoft but it keeps failing.

The .exe file from Microsoft runs fine until it gets about 50% through setting up and then gives the error screen i have attached. I have tried formatting the usb (32gb) several times as NTFS and FAT32 but nothing changes.Also tried running the installation media as administrator and in compatibility mode with windows 8, and XPsp3.The usb works perfectly fine as a storage device and is even recognised when blank in a seperate broken PC as a potential boot drive, (but obviously it does nothing as its blank).
