Guest Amber Love Posted April 16, 2023 Posted April 16, 2023 I have a pavilion all in one computer. Before the holidays last year this computer did a windows 10 update. This update caused all types of problems. I got online and found there were alot of people having the same issue. They were all saying that they did a "uninstall latest update" and everything was back to normal. Well, I decided to do a factory reset so u could wipe everything clean and start fresh. The computer was given to me by my mom, who owned her own business at one time. I didnt need all the files and pictures that were on the computer because it was her business information.
