clipboard history stuck & PowerToys Run fails to show

As shown above, when I "Win+V" call clipboard history, it leaves me a transparent and blank window, following everywhere I click the input box. When I hover cursor on it, the cursor indicates it's pending. It disappears automatically after several minutes.And PowerToys Run didn't show up before and after I call clipboard history.But all clips work as usual.I've tried:- end task "explorer.exe"- echo off | clip- open clipboard setting (stuck here loading)
