Why do my system tasks randomly start using 50%+ CPU while I'm gaming?

My system tasks randomly start using 50%+ CPU while I'm gaming. I find this very disturbing as it affects my experience and I have absolutely no idea why this happens. Some of these tasks are: Dell Data Manager, Desktop Window Manager, System, Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation, WMI Provider Host and many other Dell tasks.
