Windows 11 laggy performance and slow One Drive navigation

Hi there.I've spent some time on Windows 11 now and I can say it's a nice overhaul of Windows 10 but certainly not at fast at all.The terrible Windows explorer lag is very much still there. Navigating folders on One drive is awfully slow and annoying. This was never a problem on Windows 10. I’ve tried unlinking and re-linking my One Drive account and still no improvement.My laptop is pretty quick but the amount of performance throttling on battery is also not good. I’m noticing a lot of CPU throttling when using the laptop on battery. Again I didn’t have this problem on Windows 10.I’m running
