weird resolution over HDMI, good over usb C, ultrawide

Hi, i have weird issue. When i plug my monitor to the laptop over usb C the recommended resolution is correct (3840x1600) and everything looks ok, but since it can only supports 30Hz refresh rate i wanted to use HDMI. When i connect monitor over HDMI, the image is weird, streched and the recommended resolution is 3840x2160, when i change it to the resolution of my monitor (3840x1600) it is even weirder. Icones are small and blurry, the windows bar is not at the bottom, but like few centimeters higher,.my laptopLenovo thinkpad L14AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650U with Radeon Graphics16,0 GB rammonitor is A
