Windows 10 going into Troubleshoot. Need Help to Boot into Windows 10

My HP Laptop is going into the troubleshoot menu.I have important files and application which i I cant lose.Tried a number of methods but it doesnt seem to workScreenshots link(cant seem to upload it here)1)Startup Repair - Did not work saying it could not repair pc (See Screenshot)2)System Restore - Error(See ss)3Command Prompt - Entered few cmd to find installation in command prompt but still did not boot(See ss)Please do check the Screenshots folder to see errorsAlso there is no Continue Button or Startup in Safe mode option in my Troubleshoot Menu.Kindly let me know if there is a solution
