New Windows Update Messed with my Drivers

Today when I was working on some school assignments, my laptop suddenly switched its display scale to 150% (it was on 125% previously) and proceeded to change the screen to black. After I restarted my laptop, the black screen was gone, but the 150% scale was set to the new "recommended" resolution (again this was previously 125%).I tried to update my Nvidia drivers (RTX 3050) which resulted in my discovering that GeForce Experience was having visual issues. I did some digging and there seemed to be a new update installed within the last few minutes called the "Advanced Micro Devices" driver up
