User corrupted out of no where after I came back from holiday

Hello,I did not turn the PC on for like one to two weeks, today when I booted it up, it was already looking weird, desktop was clean of any shortcuts, background wallpaper was changed, start menu does not work, and many programs do not function correctly.I keep getting the error message "Your start menu isn't working" every time I restart.I thought about creating another user and transferring my files from the corrupt user to the new one, but it does not let me create another user (I tried using CMD to do it as well)When I go to the directory "C:\Users\Admin\Desktop" I see all my original fil
