Bitlocker encrypted boot drive with usb key, cant boot

Formatted and re-partitioned the USB key without realising it was the bitlocker key, still have the key file that was on it on a seperate computer. PC restarted and now boots with nothing on screen for about 60 seconds then turns off. Fast boot enabled in bios so i cannot access BIOS as it tries to boot straight to windows. what should I do?
