Clip Studio Paint doesn't work, file api-ms-win-core-winrt-string-l1-1-0.dll is missing, even tho I have it.

My Clip Studio Paint just won't work. It shows that file api-ms-win-core-winrt-string-l1-1-0.dll is missing, but it is in the CSP folder and in my Windows folders, where they should be, so I don't understand why it won't work, everything seems alright.
