How can I bypass singing in to an account after doing a clean instal from windows 10?

I’m putting new hard drives in some of my companies laptops. We don’t use accounts for the laptops since they’re used mostly for training and accounts aren’t needed. When going through the installation process it says “let’s add your account” but I need to use a local account. Anyone got any answers?
