Windows isn't booting up...

So I have a HP dc7800 minitower, which had a Core 2 Duo e8400 processor in it. Recently I decided to upgrade the processor and got a Core 2 Quad Q9550. Once I replaced the processor and tried to boot up, the windows tried to load, showed spinning dots for about 2 seconds but then the spinning dots got stuck and a Blue Screen popped up with the message "Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart". (I have never got a blue screen on this pc before). It shows the blue screen everytime I try to boot, and it shows different error codes such as "kernel mode heap corruption" and "system thread e
