I just got this PC, a desktop 4T909RF It needs a password to open it????

This is a New PC to me. When setting up I did not set up a admin password, ( Big Mistake)I was using PC for research etc.Then I decided to add my Microsoft acct ,which seemed like a good option! I now have to log in & my Microsoft password is not opening it.User password is wrongI have changed my password 2 times on my Microsoft account, it does not help.My Microsoft account does show thispc device is associated with my account.I am not techy , I should take the pc to a repair shop? who knows what they are doing. I have no files or data on this pc to loose.Any help would be appreciated
