How to reconnect internal webcam to laptop?

I kept having on and off issues with my laptop's internal camera, where the majority of the time it seemed to not be working, and sometimes inexplicably it was. I decided I would actually do something about the issue, so I tried updating the driver through Device Manager, which didn't work. I then tried the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter, which said it detected and fixed corrupted files, but it did not fix my issue. I then tried uninstalling the webcam, (USB2.0 HD UVC WebCam) and restarting my laptop. When I checked Device Manager again, the webcam was no longer under the Camera tab, inste
