I have a problem related to getting audio using HDMI cables.

Two weeks ago, my HDMI stopped to send audio to my TV. I checked is not the cable I already tried with 4 TV and monitors. Also, I noticed that sound outputs no longer show the icon from my TV audio since I ran a Windows update two weeks ago.My Windows version is 22H2.In addition, the HDMI port sends video but does not send audio, I try with the original SSD of my laptop, and it works for both audio and video. I go back to the previous version of Windows 11. It may get fixed, but I do not want to reset my device and program setting.My device is a Yoga 7 16IAH7.I tried re-installing all the dri
