BSOD When Hibernate invoked

When I invoke hibernate or standby using any method I get BSOD stop no error

number but reference to NVIDIA files.

My system

x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Motherboard Chipset nVIDIA nForce 590 SLI, AMD Hammer

System Memory 3328 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
