Guest Freddy Posted September 27, 2007 Posted September 27, 2007 Today my keypad on my keyboard started working as arrows and pagedown/up instead of doing numbers like it is supposed to. Is there a way to switch it back to number mode? I've tried everything I know to do but haven't come up with anything...thanks!

Go to Control Panel and double click Accessibility Options. In Accessibility Options, click on the Mouse tab. Make sure "Use mouse keys" is unchecked. Good luck Nepatsfan

Since I don't know what "tried everything" entails, maybe you let us know some of the things you've already done. Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers http://www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!" There is no "supposed to." It can work either way, depending on which you prefer. > Is there a way to switch it > back to number mode? Sure. Press the Numlock Key. That's its function, to toggle between the two different uses of the keypad. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Please Reply to the Newsgroup
