QSignoff Access Denied

I have a folder on many PC's located here...

\\do010201\c$\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Application

Data\PCHealth\ErrorRep\qsignoff.

 

Permissions is QSignoff has Administrator and System with full control.

Nobody else is listed. So any user with a roaming profile will get access

denied on the copy. I can fix this for each PC by inheriting the permissions

from above. However, how do I fix this on a global scale and prevent it from

happening?
