Guest BoazBoaz Posted September 27, 2007 Posted September 27, 2007 Some picture on my PC are signed as "system file". If I try to delete them I get the message: ============================================ The file 'some_name' is a system file. If you remove it, your computer or one of your programs may no longer work correctly. Are you sure you want to move it to the Recycle bin? ============================================ Lots of these files are simply CD covers pictures. How can I set the file to become regular files (None "system file") ??

Use the ATTRIB command (type ATTRIB /? at the command prompt) or use the old WinNT4 File Manager (Winfile.exe): http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (Line 71 right-hand side) -- d-d
