Weird write issues

Just reinstalled windows on a new drive with a fresh upgraded PC. Anyhow,

with certain trusted executable files, I get a space limitation or write

privilege error and am not able to proceed. You can see the error here:

My account does have administrative privileges and I have even logged in as

the administrator, but still the same thing. What causes this and how do I

fix it? Oh, I also tried running these processes without my firewall or

anti-virus, but get the same results.

Does this only happen with Adobe CS? If yes, then contact Adobe tech

support for help with their very expensive product. If this happens with

other programs, please let us know which ones.
