Windows isnt working please help .. of course what is anyone going to be able to do ... there could be a million and one reasons ... just saying a tool doesn't work without giving any information as to what it is doing or not doing or the error you are recieving .. how do you expect someone to help. Guest piikalama Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 Re: diagnostic connection tool well i figured posting in this forum would declare my os. i use e7 and when a page fails to load im presented with diagnose connection problems, however when selected, i get an error report rather than the diagnostic tool running. ive got screen shots. microsoft sent me a hotfix dl but it failed to install.
