Copying from Windows 2000 to Windows XP Problem

I'm using a Cruzer Micro 4.0 GB USB drive to copy files from a Windows 2000

machine to XP. It recognized the flash drive, it copied the files as well.

But when I went to the XP computer, I don't see any files in the USB drive.

 

Is there a compatibility issue, or something needs to be updated, or what?

just to add, i used two different win 2000 computers and two different xp

computers, and two different usb drives.
