Guest Mike Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 An employee developed a severe case of diabetes and is now visually impaired. He needs to use a magnifying glass to read data on the LCD screen. I requested a 21" LCD monitor for him to use. What else is out there that might help him? Will XP Power Tools help? Mike

This is similar to the effect that causes out-of-control diabetics to get very thirsty, drink large amounts of fluids, and have to urinate frequently. Once he has been treated, and gets his blood glucose under control, his vision should improve back to about where it was before. Of course, it's also possible that more permanent eye damage has occurred. He should see an ophthalmologist.
