Processor listed twice

Looking in Device manager under Processors, I notice that Intel®

Pentium® 4 CPU 3.20GHz is listed twice.

Both have almost identical info under Properties and both show "This

device is working properly.

The only difference is under Details which shows 0 or 1 at the end:

ACPI\GENUINEINTEL_-_X86_FAMILY_15_MODEL_4\_0

ACPI\GENUINEINTEL_-_X86_FAMILY_15_MODEL_4\_1

Why would my CPU be listed twice and as it is, why is neither showing a

conflict?
