Guest Roger Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I recently upgraded to MS Office 2003 and now the shortcut bar no longer appears in the top right. I've checked that I still have it, and it's there in MS Office Tools. I can even double-click on it and it appears in the correct place, functioning perfectly. However, I am a pedant, and I want it to kick-in when I boot-up, but I don't know how to make it do this. Can anyone please helpe me? Simple instructions of no more than one syllable would be appreciated as I'm not the most technically-minded knife in the drawer ... :)

Click on Yes. -- Alias To email me, remove shoes

Guest John Waller Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Re: Microsoft Office Shortcut bar but I recently upgraded to MS Office > 2003 and now the shortcut bar no longer appears in the top right. It was discontinued in favour of the Quick Launch toolbar in Win XP (among other alternatives). Office Shortcut Bar is not included in Office http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822573 Frequently asked questions about the Office Shortcut bar and Office http://support.microsoft.com/kb/830180 But see: Can I have an Office 2003 shortcut bar? http://www.pcuser.com.au/pcuser/hs2.nsf/web/BB7646341DD6CE2ACA25704A00422EFE -- Regards John Waller
