I have the keyboard set to Microsoft natural keyboard and setpoint to using my Logitech mouse but still getting it. installed both again but still happening, what could be causing it. keyboard combos using shift keys brings up strange stuff

USB or PS/2 connector? If USB have you tried plugging into a different USB port? Do you have another keyboard to test? Ed Metcalfe.
