Guest TD Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 Synchronization was not working correctly on users laptop, newly created/changed files made offline were not showing up after synch occurred even though no errors were reported. Reinitialized the Offline cache and then new files/folders created while offline did in fact synch and show up correctly. Is there an explanation as to why the reinitialization is needed ? Is there anyway to determine when it is needed so users don't do a bunch of offline work only to find out it won't synch ? Just trying to eliminate irate users who spend hours working offline on presentations only to have them "lost" when synch does not work . Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
